I’ve picked a schedule I think is best for my group but can I change/edit it?

Yes, the order of events can be moved around with advanced notice. Some items need to stay where they are but we can consult with you to finalize the exact order of things. You can also add a day, half day, or evening hours to your retreat experience for an additional cost!

How many people can you host for a group retreat?

Our group retreat are designed for 5-12 people. If you have less than 5 or more than 12 people in your group contact us for alternative options.

Does our group pick our retreat date?

Yes, once you’ve decided which retreat you would like to attend, our ministry director will work with you and your team to land a date that works for you and for our facility calendar.

Is this type of retreat just for leaders and their team?

No =) anyone who oversees a team, group, or even a group of friends can attend this type of retreat!

For example, you could be a marketplace team, a ministry team, a team of volunteers, a bible study group etc.

I see teaching sessions but is that the same as coaching?

Because all of our facilitators and teachers are also coaches these sessions will include an interactive coaching type of environment.

Is 1:1 coaching available?

If you’re interested in a 1 on 1 coaching session this can be added and is a part of our “add-ons” list (see below for link)

I see there’s space for a team debrief at the end of the day is that led by an Iron Bell Staff person?

You have a choice whether to include an Iron Bell facilitator or to meet just you and your group.

Does the Iron Bell have overnight accommodations?

At times we have one or two overnight rooms available for an additional cost. Contact us to see if this is available for your retreat date.

Do the retreats include meals?

The retreat price includes a catered lunch and snacks/beverages throughout the retreat, You can add additional meals for an additional cost.

Will our group be the only one in the facility the day of our retreat?

Yes, the day will be reserved for just you and your group.
