What Should I Bring?
We will send you a complete list before the retreat but for now here is a short list:
A schedule will be provided to you (if you so choose). This schedule contains items that all retreat attendees will do, some add on options, and long periods of time where you can choose how you'd like to spend it. The majority of the day you will be in a private space and there are limited group activities.
Wear comfortable clothes and feel free to be casual.
Please Note: One of the group activities you will see in the schedule is a Christian Meditation class led by our Ministry Director Jenny Dedrick. We encourage everyone to try this at least once. This class is led using biblical principles, and guided through the leading of the Holy Spirit. We have had many people enjoy meditation classes at the Iron Bell and even experience breakthroughs during them.
If you have a yoga mat or pillows you would like please bring these with you for the class!
If using the sauna or therapy pool bring shorts and a tank top or a bathing suit.
