As a woman facilitator, coach, or healer, you hold space for others every day—guiding, supporting, and nurturing transformation. But where do you go to be held?

Welcome to The Sanctuary for Space Holders, a retreat designed just for you—the one who gives so much, now invited to receive.

This half-day retreat offers a trusted, private space to step away from the demands of your work and settle into deep rest.

Here, you’ll be tended to with care, allowing yourself to pause, exhale, and replenish in a setting designed for your renewal.

This retreat isn’t about learning more tools or adding to your to-do list. It’s about coming home to yourself—feeling held, nurtured, and restored so you can continue showing up fully in your work and life.

A quiet, restorative environment to rest and reset without expectations.

🌿 A Nourishing Meal

A wholesome, chef-prepared meal designed to comfort, replenish, and support your well-being.

🌿 Breathwork Session

A deep, immersive breathing experience designed to support emotional release, expanded self-awareness, and regain a sense of clarity and renewal.

🌿 Relaxation Amenities

Gentle offerings such as sauna, massage, therapy pool, and cold plunge- designed to encourage deep rest, inviting you to fully unwind and receive.

Who Is This Retreat For?

Women who regularly hold space for others, such as facilitators, coaches, and therapists.

What Relaxation Amenities Are Available?

Amenities are first come first serve. You can choose from sauna, therapy pool (indoor and warm) cold plunge, and a 30 min massage. (additional $35)

What Is The Cost?

The retreat costs $75—a discounted rate for space holders—and includes a catered lunch by Chef Clara Romain, snacks and drinks, access to amenities, and a breathwork session.

What Will The Breathwork Session Include?

This guided breathing sometimes called holotropric breathwork sometimes called circular breathing technique is designed to help individuals gain deep insight, and healing. It involves controlled, rhythmic breathing—usually a faster and deeper pattern than normal—combined with music and a safe, supportive setting.

This process allows participants to access deeper parts of the subconscious, that may not typically surface in everyday awareness. Jenny is a certified breathwork instructor and will guide you through this whole session.

Additional Offering: The property will open early at 10:00 AM, giving you the opportunity to enjoy the relaxation amenities with fewer people or even alone before the larger group arrives in the afternoon. You’re also welcome to take solo time on the property or in the facility, ensuring a quieter, more personal experience in the space.

What If I Don’t Want Relaxation Amenities?

This day is customized and crafted for you! Instead of relaxation amenities feel free to enjoy solo time outside or in our designed solo areas, or spend quality time with peers.

You can also enjoy creative stations provided by Jenny.

Retreat Schedule:

11:30-12:00: Check In

12:00-12:45: Enjoy a catered lunch prepared by Chef Clara Romain

12:45-2:45: Solo time, relaxation amenities, hang with friends, go for a walk, or enjoy creative stations provided by Jenny

2:35-4:00: Breathwork session and debrief

4:00-4:30- Intentional journaling
