Gregg Dedrick
Gregg Dedrick is the co-founder of Iron Bell ministries. He has spent over 30+ years of global leadership in publicly traded companies, helping leaders accomplish their vision through board service, business advising, public speaking, nonprofit leadership, and volunteer work. During his time as the president of KFC and senior executive of Yum Brands, Gregg became passionate about leadership, culture, and how the kingdom doesn’t distinguish between secular vs. sacred.
For the last 13 years he has focused most of his efforts toward ministry leading individuals and teams through God-centered equipping workshops and classes. He also currently serves on the boards of Dennys Restaurants, Living on the Edge with Chip Ingram, and works with the Gospel Music Association. He is a father to three children and three grandchildren.

Shelley is the co-founder of Iron Bell Ministries. Shelley coaches and co-conducts marriage classes with her husband, Gregg Dedrick. She is also passionate about helping to launch individuals into their God-given potential through her personal coaching and her music compositions.
She recently Authored a children’s book, “Look, Look! There’s Our God!” which is available on Amazon or for sale and the Iron Bell barn. She is mother to three daughters and three grandchildren.

Jenny Dedrick
Jenny Dedrick is the Ministry Director of Iron Bell Ministries, and on the board as well.. Jenny has been leading teams for 20 years helping to integrate vision and culture.
She is also passionate about people becoming healthier through a holistic approach which includes physical, mental, emotional, relational and spiritual wellness. Alongside her duties as ministry director, Jenny also does 1 :1 coaching, teaches workshops, and leads Christian meditation classes.

Charlotte Acker
Charlotte is the administrative assistant for Iron Bell Ministries. Charlotte has a background in Human Resource Management, as well as her MBA. Over the years, she has had several opportunities to develop and use her skills in not only helping to create culture but also providing support to see people set up for success. Charlotte's amazing husband Dan is a skilled auto-body repairman, and together they have two wonderful children. You’ll see her around the Iron Bell barn for Wednesday morning prayer and other Iron Bell events.
